  1. We’re always on the lookout for individuals like you who are wanting to get involved. Visit our Volunteer section to find out ways to donate or volunteer.

  2. We have a responsibility to our community and our donors and work hard to ensure long-term sustainability of the organization. We make our IRS Form 990 available for review, as required by law. Visit our Financials page to learn more.

  3. Our organization takes our privacy policy seriously and takes steps to protect and ensure the safety of our supporters. We do not sell or otherwise disclose information about our volunteers or supporters outside of our immediate organization. This policy has no exceptions.   4. What does the Adult Education Center do?

    The Adult Education Center is a service hub that employs a comprehensive, student-centered approach that helps adult learners transition from the lowest levels of literacy and English speaking to obtaining a High School Equivalency Credential/Certificate, securing their citizenship, earning a living wage, and becoming contributing members of their community.

  5. Does the Adult Reading Center have a new name?

    The Adult Reading Center is doing business as the Adult Education Center. The new name is aligned with our strategic direction and work in the community. We are excited about the opportunity to build on the tremendous legacy of the Adult Reading Center.
